PERSONAL BIO:
Here’s to the curious ones.
The ones willing to question the expected path and figure things out along the way.
For a long time, I followed the traditional script—school, sports, doing what was expected. It worked well enough until I realized the people doing the most interesting work were often the ones willing to take a different path.
So I did.
I left school for a while, traveled, worked unexpected jobs, and spent time figuring out who I actually wanted to be rather than who I was supposed to become. Those experiences taught me something that continues to shape how I approach both life and work: curiosity leads to better questions, and better questions lead to better solutions.
Eventually, I returned to college, completed two academic years in one calendar year, worked part-time, coached three sports teams, and launched my career in digital marketing.
Over the next several years, I grew within the agency world, eventually becoming co-owner of a marketing agency where I led strategy for more than 30 organizations. Along the way, I built and developed a team of marketers, strategists, and developers—evolving the team from generalists into specialists to improve quality, scalability, and impact. I also worked closely with clients to turn business goals into campaigns that didn’t just launch, but performed.
Today, I focus on helping organizations better understand their audiences and build digital marketing systems that turn engagement signals into smarter communication. In my current role, I lead communication initiatives for a 25,000-member organization, partnering closely with leadership and sharing insights that shape strategy, improve engagement, and drive meaningful participation.
I enjoy building teams, mentoring marketers, and creating environments where people can do their best work. I’m especially interested in helping organizations move beyond one-off campaigns toward marketing systems that evolve alongside their audiences.
Outside of work, my greatest adventure is raising my son and continuing to explore the world with the same curiosity that set me on this path in the first place.
Still one of the curious ones.
